ESTOS ProCall

ProCall extends the capacity of the telephone at your workstation.
ProCall can be used as a Microsoft Outlook plug-in, or a standalone version for Lotus Notes and ODBC databases. The product has a phone call display with names, a journal of all phone calls, a list of unanswered phone calls, extended search of names and phone numbers. Suitable for any telephone or PBX system offering a TAPI driver.
 

Single user - ProCall Business

ProCall Business controls all important telephone functions, e.g. dial, accept, hang-up, consultation, transfer, brokerage, redirect and establish a phone conference. In case of an incoming call, all contact numbers are compared with the stored callers number. So you can recognize immediately who is calling and all associated information is displayed. Incoming calls are recorded to the journal. This gives you a perfect overview of all calls. ProCall Business is available as a plug-in for Microsoft Outlook, or as a standalone version for Lotus Notes and ODBC databases.

ProCall Standard cannot connect to Microsoft Exchange.

Network - ProCall Enterprise

ProCall Enterprise with the integrated TapiServer enables every workstation to use the ProCall client option as a plug-in for Microsoft Outlook, or as a standalone version for Lotus Notes and ODBC databases.

With the workgroup bar ProCall shows you which users are currently on the phone or not at their workplace. Incoming calls for other colleagues can be picked up. The integrated messaging system increases the workflow of the whole workgroup. Calls in absence will be recorded in the journal or can be sent by e-mail with the corresponding contact information. So you need never miss a call and you are always fully informed.

You need:

  • Windows Vista, XP, 2003 Server, 2000, 98SE, Windows NT SP 6a
  • Outlook 2007, 2003, 2000, 98, 97
  • Lotus Notes newer than Version 5 or any database with ODBC driver
  • Telephone, PBX, Voice-Modem oder ISDN-card with TAPI-driver
