Furthermore the ESTOS products enable employees to enhance their customer orientation.

The ESTOS portfolio includes solution components in three different areas: Unified Communications applications with Computer Telephony Integration, Presence Management and Instant Messaging and Classic CTI solutions for networks and single users, Database & Directory Services (LDAP server) for contact data search as well as Drivers & Middleware enabling the conversion of PBX-specific protocols into the Microsoft world.
