CallControlGateway – Functions

How does the ESTOS CallControlGateway work?

CallControlGateway (CCG) serves as middleware that translates TAPI functions into SIP and uaCSTA.

With most enterprise telephony systems supporting the Microsoft TAPI standard, compatibility is virtually guaranteed. The same applies to commonly used CSTA-compliant telephony systems that do not support SIP or uaCSTA. These systems can also be integrated with the CCG via the ESTOS ECSTA product family, a series of CSTA to TAPI bridges.
