ESTOS ProCall 2.2 Enterprise is a classic server-client CTI application and the perfect add-on for PC- based convenience telephony in networks. The integrated TapiServer enables every workstation to use the ProCall client with MS TAPI-based applications.
The ESTOS ProCall 2.2 Enterprise client includes functionalities like convenience dialing assistance, the simple searching for contacts in personal and public data sources, hotkey dialing, a configurable pop-up and a caller journal which informs about calls in absentia. The client matches numbers with contact data on the basis of the connected data sources and makes these available for the call (reverse search). The busy lamp field (monitor) shows the telephony status of each team member and allows simple presence management and a short message system.
