ESTOS ProCall 2.2 Enterprise offers a complete solution for Computer Telephony Integration within a network. The enterprise package includes a telephony software, the ESTOS TapiServer and the ESTOS TapiServer add-on for an attractive all-inclusive price. Licensing and the user administration is handled centrally through the ESTOS TAPIServer.
ESTOS CTI monitor - the busy lamp field
The ESTOS CTI monitor allows a quick overview of the current telephony status of all users being managed by the ESTOS TapiServer. So team members can see immediately, whether a colleague is in a call and hence not availabe for another call. This edge on information allows a professional call management. By using the individual configuration options further caller information, call forwarding and presence information can be displayed.
ESTOS CTI-Monitor - the information center
Thanks to the availability of basic presence information team members can handle incoming calls much faster and have access to important information about their colleagues. Each team member can set his present status individually to absent and for better overview add further information. So every colleague can see who is in a meeting, at lunch or on holidays. This informaiton is avalaible for every team member so an incoming call can be picked directly by somebody else.
ESTOS CTI-Monitor - the communication tool
The CTI monitor also allows the quick access to all relevant telephony functionalities. This includes on one side the overview of all telephony lines - in the other side users can control their desktop phone via PC or pick incoming calls from their colleagues. Internal users or phone related shortcuts from the ESTOS CTI monitor can be initialized with one mouse click only. Beside of this calls can be picked, forwarded or put on callback. The integrated smart messaging service offers fast exchange of information during telephone conversation. The ESTOS CTI monitor also offers the possibility to tape-record calls in mp3 quality. So important calls can be recorded and managed for documentation.
Caller Journal - the proof for conversations
ESTOS ProCall logs all calls in a journal file if required. Within the journal all incoming, outgoing, internal and also external calls are documented. For a better overview inbound/outbound or connected and non-connected calls can be visualized. Further details like date, time, duration of the call and additional contact information can also be shown. Additional information can be added to each journal entry.
Hotkey dialing from all applications
The innovative hotkey dialer enables convenient dialing from any Windows application. With simple marking of the telephony number a call can be initialized from an individual defined hotkey. So contacts can be easily called out of Internet browsers, Office applications or Intranet phone directories. Further functionalities like take call or clear call can be also executed with the keypad.
Pop-up - the enhanced call signaling
The bubble allows a short preparation for the call - even this is not taken yet. This allows a more customer-oriented conversation. The bubble can be easily configured: The user decides whether a specific template, a Microsoft Outlook contact or CRM application will show up. This increases the service orientation of the company in general and also offers the possibility to set a direct call forwarding to the appropriate department.
Search, finding and editing of contacts
The clear ESTOS ProCall user interface permits a simple handling. The search is contact- and dial number-based and can be completed with personal filters. In one step the contact can be opened or used for further business processes. For incoming calls the contact will open in the specific application. Unknown telephony numbers can be easily saved for a new contact.
E-Mail for calls in absence
Calls in absence can be forwarded conveniently to each user's e-mail inbox. The means that any call can be missed - even when the workstation is logged out. If a contact database is used further contact details are also displayed in the e-mail. The ESTOS click2dial function enables a direct call out of the e-mail.
