ESTOS ECSTA for Alcatel supports the connection to the telephone network via TCP/IP.

Important: Connection advice for use with

Tapi 2.0 Server:
This license allows two lines for every connection.
Tapi 2.1 Server:
This license is needed for the use of 3rd Party. This license is also used by
Alcatel TAPI Service Provider (SPI for Microsoft TAPI Server).
CSTA Server:
Needs general CSTA License

Easy to operate:

After installation of ECSTA Alcatel 3rd party TSP, all established extensions can be used by the CTI-Server as TAPI-Lines. To distribute the 3rd party TAPI-driver to all workstations install ESTOS TapiServer. In order to reach full functionality ESTOS ProCall CTI Client can be additionally installed on all workstations.
