ESTOS ECSTA for Ericsson

The use of ESTOS ECSTA for Ericsson increases the efficiency of your call handling. All previously stored caller data is automatically supplied thereby improving the handling time spent on every call. Therefore costs are reduced and staff output optimized.

Connection variations via CTI-Link

ESTOS ECSTA for Ericsson supports the connection via TCP/IP.

Ericsson Business-Link is required for use with Ericsson BusinessPhone
Ericsson Application-Link is required for use with Ericsson MD110

Easy to operate:

After installation of ECSTA Ericsson 3rd party TSP, all established extensions can be used by the CTI-Server as TAPI-Lines. To distribute the 3rd party TAPI-driver to all workstations install ESTOS TapiServer. In order to reach full functionality ESTOS ProCall CTI Client can be additionally installed on all workstations.
