ESTOS ProCall for Outlook - Enterprise version

ProCall Enterprise 2.2 is the perfect and convenient solution that integrates your PBX into your network. All important telephone functions like dialing, answering, redirecting or brokerage are managed via your PC.

The integrated TapiServer distributes the extension of your PBX as TAPI devices within the network, and both Outlook and Notes/ODBC ProCall-clients are able to use these services anywhere in the network.

The included "occupied" display shows you information as to whether other subscribers are using the phone.
The messaging system allows you to send messages directly to other users in the "occupied" display. The offline protocol shows the subscriber any missed calls, even when the workstation was turned off at the time. Calls and tasks can be planned and you will be reminded, so you need never forget a call.
