ProCall Business - product description

ESTOS ProCall Business executes functions like dialing, hang-up, redirect or call hold, direct via the PC. All incoming calls are identified, and all information displayed on your screen.

Incoming calls are recorded in the journal, this give you a perfect overview of every phone-call. Calls and tasks can be planned, so no call need be forgotten.
ProCall shows you the date, time, length and cost of each call. The last outgoing call is always noted as well as any missed calls.
