ESTOS ProCall Business for Lotus Notes

ProCall Business for Lotus Notes and ODBC databases is a standalone application like Microsoft Outlook Express. Functions like dialing, hang up, hold, transfer etc, can be done directly from the screen.

Identification of incoming calls - all stored information will be displayed on your screen. Search for numbers in your local database, your Lotus Notes database or all connected ODBC databases. Calls and tasks can be planned, so you need never forget a call. ProCall shows you the date, time, length and cost of each call. The last outgoing call is always noted, as well as any missed calls, along with their date and time.
