ESTOS ProCall Business for Outlook

ProCall business is an add-in which makes all functions of your telephone available in Microsoft Outlook®. Functions like dialing, hang up, hold, transfer etc, can be done directly from your computer-screen.

ProCall identifies all incoming calls and displays the matching database record set in a pop-up window. With ProCall you can search for numbers in your local outlook contacts.
The ProCall business edition is able to search in contact folders on Microsoft Exchange servers too. Calls and tasks can be planned and reminded, so no call need be forgotten.
ProCall shows you the date, time, duration and costs of each call. This guaranties an overview of all aspects of your telephone use.
