ESTOS TapiServer

The ESTOS TapiServer is an application to share the lines of the 3rd party TAPI driver of a pbx box easily to the network. So every network client is able to include all TAPI functions of the driver in the local applications with a remote TAPI driver. You also get an "occupied" display in which you can recognize if users are calling or absent. With this "occupied" display you can start calls to other participants, pick up calls from other participants or redirect calls to others. With the help of the integrated Messaging system, short messages can be sent easily to all participants in the workgroup.

Short Messaging

Short messages can be send to other workgroup members.

Workgroup bar:

On the workgroup bar, you can see which of your colleague are using the phone. If they are absent, you can easily pick up the call with a click of the mouse.

Easy installation:

Connect your communication system with any Windows PC you like. The TAPI driver of the PBX manufacturer will be installed on the same PC. With the TapiServer you now have an easy solution to distribute the wanted branches as CTI workstations in the network.

Centralized administration:

Configure the workstations from any computer in your network.

Telephony for all :

With the remote TAPI-driver you are capable of executing all phone functions from all workstations - with any TAPI-enabled customer software. (for example: ESTOS ProCall)

Requirements for ESTOS TapiServer

The CTI-Server is connected to the PBX, and the TAPI-driver is installed on the CTI-Server.

You need:

- Windows Vista, 2003 Server, Windows XP, 2000, Windows NT 4.0 or Windows 98SE
- Telephone or PBX-system with Tapi driver (Tapi 1.4 oder Tapi 2.0)
- TAPI-compatible software (e.g. windows dialer,..)
