BroadWorks, a SIP-based VoIP platform, is employed by major carriers and service providers worldwide.The new ECSTA series for BroadWorks enables the use of professional third-party TAPI applications – e.g. the Unified Communications solution ProCall Enterprise – in combination with the BroadSoft® BroadWorks® platform.     Option A – Full Customer Installation

    Both the ECSTA for Broadsoft BroadWorks and the unified communications software suite ProCall Enterprise are installed at the customer site.

    Option B – Shared Installation

    The ECSTA for Broadsoft BroadWorks is installed at the service provider, the customer hosts both server and client software components of ProCall Enterprise.

    Option C – Full Service Provider Installation

    The ECSTA for Broadsoft BroadWorks and the unified communications software suite ProCall Enterprise are installed at the service provider. This is the recommended scenario for Software as a Service (SaaS).
