ProCall 2.2 Enterprise - Functions

Based on the integrated TapiServer ESTOS ProCall Enterprise allows the deployment of the ProCall client at each workstation - optionally equipped with Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes or other ODBC databases. ESTOS ProCall Enterprise is a 3rd-party (network) CTI solution, which allows the direction connection of server and PBX. The central servers supports the controling of all phones within the entire network.
