Hardware - PBX:
- PBX with 3rd-party TAPI driver support
- CSTA (I/II/II) capable PBX with ESTOS ECSTA TAPI driver
Hardware - server:
- PC with 1 GHz frequency
- 256 MB memory
- 250 MB harddisk
Software - server:
- Microsoft Windows from version 2000 SP4 until incl. Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008
- We recommend to use ESTOS ProCall 3.0 Enterprise for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 (R2)
- Optionally: Microsoft Exchange Server
- Optionally: ESTOS ECSTA TAPI driver
Software - client:
- Microsoft Windows from version 2000 SP4 until incl. Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008
- We recommend to use ESTOS ProCall 3.0 Enterprise for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 (R2)
- Microsoft Outlook from version 97 until 2007
- We recommend to use ESTOS ProCall 3.0 Enterprise for Microsoft Office 2010
- Lotus Notes
- Tobit David InfoCenter from version 8
- Optionally: CRM and ERP application via ODBC or LDAP
