ProCall One
ESTOS ProCall One stands for the new office productivity software for single workplaces, small offices and home offices. The product is equipped with functionalities like Computer Telefonie Integration (CTI), contact data search and management, "Active Contacts" Technology, caller journal and call planning and has been designed for the Windows PC. Professionals like self-employed, freelancers or sales representatives use ESTOS ProCall One to handle their communication via e-mail and telephone. By simplifying the work processes the software allows optimised communication and collaboration processes with business partners and customers.
ESTOS ProCall One is a single-user CTI solution (1st-party) will all major basic and comfort telephony features including make call, answer call, retrieve call, consultation call, transfer call and set forward call. For incoming calls all available contact data is matched with the phone number and the appropriate contact details are shown up. So the user sees immediately who is calling. If no contact matches the phone number can be formatted comfortable and used for the leading application (e.g. Microsoft Outlook): Tedious editing or copying of data is not needed anymore. A caller journal provides a perfect overview of all incoming and outgoing calls - including unanswered calls.
ESTOS ProCall One has been developed for the integration with Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes and Tobit David InfoCenter. Furthermore for the reverse search contact data can be factored in via ODBC and LDAP.
Additionally the ESTOS MetaDirectory enhances the possibilities of integrating more contact information. For the successful deployment of ESTOS ProCall One the Windows PC needs to be equipped with a TAP driver for the phone. For customers who want to use ESTOS ProCall One in combination with snom SIP phones ESTOS offers professional middleware - the ESTOS ECSTA for snom.
