ProCall DataCenter, the latest software product from the Starnberg-based software manufacturer estos, is now available. It offers unified communications, collaboration and CTI in a fail-safe manner for large companies and corporations with distributed locations and complex ITC structures.
Basically, ProCall DataCenter users can enjoy the same benefits and features as with ProCall Enterprise, such as computer telephony integration, caller identification, business process integration, presence management, text, audio and video chat, and screen sharing.
In addition, the software is specially tailored to the particular challenges of large companies with complex ICT structures: Reliable, cross-location and for a large number of users. Designed as a multi-server environment, it allows multiple UCServers to be installed at one or different locations. If one server fails, the entire system is unaffected. This significantly increases availability. In addition, any number of employees can take advantage of the UCC suite and be grouped together regardless of their location. The UC servers used can work with different telephone systems and PBXs.
