The Widmann + Winterholler car dealership is a contractual partner of BMW AG for the BMW and Mini brands. The challenge was to ensure consistent communication between seven car dealerships in southern Bavaria and the Allgäu region. The ability to use a single means of communication to bundle telephony and external information and to transport and track it via the switchboard was also decisive in the choice of product. "From a security point of view, the most important thing is that we can operate the server ourselves," adds Florian Arcuelo, IT manager at Witmann + Winterholler. "The supplier is based here in Germany. And we have all safety-relevant functions under one roof."
With the update to the latest version of ProCall Enterprise, the BMW contractual partner has also integrated its databases into the communication process. Employees receive information about the caller before the call begins. Among other things, he or she can now greet the caller by name at the start of the call.
