The system is connected via the CTI link, the CTI middleware of the manufacturer. Numerous CTI communication functions such as call protection and call forwarding are therefore supported. ECSTA was specially developed for the XML/CTI interface (DMCC) of the Avaya Aura Communication Manager and represents the first professional 3rd party TAPI driver for the Avaya Aura Communication Manager.
