The system is connected via the CTI link, the CTI middleware of the manufacturer. Numerous CTI communication functions such as call protection and call forwarding are therefore supported. In combination with ProCall Enterprise, you can also use modern Unified Communications functions such as presence management, Instant Messaging and audio/video communication.
ECSTA was specially developed for the XML/CTI interface (DMCC) of the Avaya Aura Communication Manager and represents the first professional 3rd party TAPI driver for the Avaya Aura Communication Manager. As part of the multi-level Avaya Aura infrastructure, it represents a central telephone controller. High scaled and cluster-compliant Linux servers are used as the basis for software.
ECSTA was developed for the Avaya Communication Server 1000 - a server-based, very powerful IP-PBX - and provides optimum middleware for the connection of TAPI-compliant applications for the SIP/CTI interface of the system. The Communication Server 1000 platform supports business-critical applications including Unified Messaging, Customer Contact Center, IVR, Wireless VoIP and IP telephones.
