Florian Kiermeier is the new Vice President Sales at the Starnberg-based software manufacturer
estos GmbH, a leading provider of unified communications and collaboration solutions in the DACH region, has a new Vice President Sales: Florian Kiermeier. He replaces Oliver Heim, who had filled the position on an interim basis. "I am delighted to be able to contribute my expertise and energy to estos," says Florian Kiermeier. "On the one hand, I was won over by the great software products, and on the other by the super team! With such good conditions, the coming years can only be successful." Florian Kiermeier has been working at estos since mid-February. "Approach every customer with the idea of helping them to solve a problem or achieve a goal! And not with the idea of selling a product or service!" Florian Kiermeier can look back on many years of professional experience in the field of sales.
"We are currently in the process of restructuring our sales organization. Our aim is to support our sales partners even better in the future in order to become even more successful together. With our new sales manager, we have come a good deal closer to this goal," says Dr. Alexander Seyferth, Managing Director of estos GmbH. "We already have several new colleagues in the sales team. According to the software manufacturer, further measures are being planned in order to become even stronger on the market together with distributors and resellers: in addition to investments in sales, service and development are also to be expanded and the partner model simplified. New, future-oriented solutions are also on the agenda in addition to the continuous improvements to existing products. "Our focus for the next few years will be on a UCaaS product line," explains the Managing Director. "We are taking big steps towards the future – and feel that we are ideally positioned for the exciting years ahead."
