Innovations for mobile apps and softphones
Service Release 4 for ProCall 6 Enterprise is now available: The user of ProCall Mobile can now forward the caller to a specific call partner during a mobile phone call. The caller does not have to hang up and dial again. If users use a softphone to make calls - at work or on the move - they can benefit from higher voice quality. ProCall 6 Enterprise supports the Opus Codec with Service Release 4. In addition, the softphone is now available for be.IP Plus telephone systems from bintec elmeg. Users can use all convenience functions to the same extent as before. This includes, for example, calling, rejecting, holding, forwarding, DTMF dialing, blind transfer, consultation or 3-way conference calls.
