A successful year comes to an end: 'It's tapped' was was the motto of our brewery tour, which took place in autumn 2019. 160 participants in 11 breweries in Germany and Switzerland accepted our invitation to engage in dialogue. We received important input from our partners for the further development of our products in order to better tailor our software to the needs of our end users A new ixi-UMS Enterprise version, the German Brand Award and Service Releases 3 and 4 for ProCall Enterprise – these were the other Highlights of the estos year 2019.
Now we are looking forward to a promising New Year together with you! In 2020 we will start our new Partner program. We focus on the end user company. To this end, we support our partners according to their business model, so that they can meet their respective requirements even better: We will complement the partner categories, re-position our products and expand our training program.
