Upgrading to the latest MetaDirectory Enterprise version 5 is well worth the effort. Firstly, we have implemented the new interface to Dynamics 365. This means we continue to support the Microsoft CRM replicator. In addition, the end of life for MetaDirectory 4 Enterprise was 31 December 2021.

MetaDirectory Enterprise from estos basically ensures that data from CRM or ERP applications can be used for telecommunications applications: For example, it combines and standardizes the data from the cloud CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a consistent LDAP directory.
The advantage: In the ProCall client, search results can be presented quickly, callers can be identified, and business processes can be integrated. For example, users can switch to the data record in Microsoft Dynamics 365 with just one click on the contact displayed in the ProCall client.

Upgrading to version 5 of MetaDirectory Enterprise is recommended for everyone: In connection with Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Microsoft CRM replicator no longer functions properly for more and more users. We have fixed this with version 5 of MetaDirectory Enterprise. We currently maintain MetaDirectory 5 Enterprise and are happy to provide advice, support and assistance for this version. We no longer support older versions.
