The film focuses on TextChat, which has been optimized in version 7 of ProCall Enterprise. Oriented on patterns familiar from private communication, estos has integrated additional features:
Users can share media such as photos, videos or files simply by drag & drop via the ProCall Enterprise chat window. They can forward messages to third parties or reply to them within the chat. As usual, the original message is included. The creation of chat groups makes it possible to get in contact with people involved simultaneously and therefore more quickly.
