With Tech Essentials LIVE, we offer certified Business, Expert and Competence Partners a new webinar series starting in January 2022. Every third Tuesday of the month, we will present current topics from the areas of technology and support.
Our colleague Nicolai Hanisch is the main moderator of Tech Essentials LIVE. In this interview, he tells us more about the content and the course of the webinars.
Nico, Tech Essentials Live premieres on January 18, how did the idea for this new format come about?
Rapid further development and new technologies require a great deal of technical know-how from our partners in order to integrate our products into the customer's system landscape. Of course, this is also reflected in our support. With our monthly technical mailings – the "Tech Essentials" – we have found a way to provide information on current topics. We would like to expand this and rely on an interactive exchange with our partners. That's why we offer our partners a regular knowledge transfer with the Tech Essentials LIVE, which the partners can also help to shape themselves.
That sounds exciting! How can partners help shape Tech Essentials LIVE themselves?
To ensure that we offer our partners exactly the know-how they need in their daily business, they have the opportunity to send us their questions about any technical issues in "Tech Essentials" by e-mail. We will clarify these in our webinar "Tech Essentials LIVE". Of course, we also answer questions about the subject live during the webinar. This way, our partners are prepared for technical challenges and customers are satisfied. In this way, we want to achieve the goal of the estos Partner Program together with our partners: superior customer satisfaction.
Now I' m curious – can you share with us a little preview of the topic of the first Tech Essentials LIVE?
Yes of course, I'm in the middle of preparing for the "premiere". The first webinar is about "ProCall Enterprise Groupware Integration of Microsoft Interfaces". After a short, theoretical intro, I will show the procedure live in practice.
How partners can register for Tech Essentials LIVE?
All certified estos partners register directly on the webinar platform. The registration link is communicated via Tech Essentials and is also available via my.estos.de. It is important that the estos customer number is specified during registration. After verification, our certified partners will then receive the participation link.
We certainly have partners who have not yet completed their certification but would also like to find out more. Will they have to go without Tech Essentials LIVE?
No, of course we want to make the content available to everyone. Afterwards, we are happy to make recordings available on support.estos.de. Only in the aspect of interactivity are there any reductions. With our partner program we offer certified partners exclusive information in various formats, and Tech Essentials LIVE is one of them.
