estos and serVonic: Acquisition in the ICT Sector

Both companies combine their forces under the roof of estos GmbH: estos has acquired serVonic GmbH, located in Olching near Munich, Germany, effective from January 1, 2016. In doing so, the respective competences merge into a complete product portfolio in the field of Unified Communications und Collaboration (UCC). Strengthened by serVonic, estos will offer all the essential means of communication for companies from one hand for partners and customers: Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), Instant Messaging (Chat) and Presence Management, Audio / Video-Communication and Desktop Sharing from estos improve the collaboration within the company and also beyond individual enterprises by means of Federation. Unified Messaging Systems (UMS) from serVonic integrate Fax, Voicemail, SMS and IVR in market-leading messaging platforms. 

Notifications serVonic

  • Effective from January 1, 2016, the software vendor estos GmbH, located in Starnberg near Munich,  acquired serVonic GmbH, located in Olching near Munich, Germany.
  • In June 2016, the complete merge of the former serVonic GmbH with estos GmbH came into force.

  • The former serVonic is now integrated as estos Knowledge Center Messaging in Olching.
  • Service and support for partners and customers of the former serVonic GmbH are guaranteed.
