ProCall for Mac

, the most recent CTI component from software vendor ESTOS, is now officially available. Companies with Mac workstations can now also benefit from CTI performance features such as hotkey dialing, call journal and instant messaging as well as the presence management features of the best-selling ProCall Enterprise product. Contact-based presence management makes the exchange of information about co-workers in the company, and via Federation also beyond company borders (e.g. with customers, suppliers and business partners), possible. The hotkey dialing feature makes manual entry of phone number information unnecessary. Simply selecting such information in an application (e.g. a web site or Word document) will suffice for making the call using a pre-defined function key.
