The manufacturer offers free demo access for ProCall Meetings
Companies can now test the new video conferencing solution ProCall Meetings from the Starnberg-based software manufacturer free of charge and without obligation: Under the motto "just give it a try", estos is offering demo access for 30 days with a selected range of functions. Interested parties can register at www.estos.de/demo-ProCall-meetings. The cloud service makes it easy to organize and hold online meetings with up to 15 participants. The requirement for using ProCall Meetings is ProCall 7 Enterprise – "just give it a try", this is also possible without the UCC suite from estos.
ProCall Meetings offers the following functionality in conjunction with ProCall Enterprise: In personal, clear dashboards, users start or create meeting rooms, schedule meetings, organize video conferences and generate invitation links. Participants can access the meeting without plug-ins or downloading software – just click on the invitation link. Exchanging information is possible via the integrated chat and screen sharing. Thanks to the integration in ProCall Enterprise, scheduled or ongoing online meetings are taken into account in the presence management system: The corresponding status "busy" as well as the information "in meeting" is visible to colleagues. In addition, call protection and busy-on-busy can be used – incoming calls are rejected so that the user is not disturbed during the meeting. ProCall Meetings is GDPR compliant, all servers used are located within the European Union.
