Starnberg, Udine – 27th of July 2011 - ESTOS, an independent software vendor of Unified Communications, and Imagicle, an independent software vendor of applications to complete the vendor’s Unified Communications solutions, announce the startup of a technology partnership to merge the UC expertise, complementary product portfolio and footprint to bring additional value and opportunities to their channel partners and customers.

from ESTOS to extend the compatibility of Blue’s Attendant to CSTA-based PBXs and exclusively provide an easy-to-use, advanced, cross-platform operator console ready to complete the ESTOSUC/CTI
offering.ESTOS and Imagicle will also be collaborating on the integration of advanced directory services to bring exclusive value to users needing to access company address books and contacts through their phones, desktop or mobile.
The partnership goals include the possibility for ESTOS customers to access Imagicle Fax Server, Skype Gateway and Call Recording applications directly through a click to activate a contact: Imagicle Voice Memory is already available to all ProCall Enterprise customers, to easily add out-of-the-box personal call-recording functionalities.
