From immediate effect, three system houses can call themselves estos Competence Partners: itm-systems, TELCAT MULTICOM and Telefonbau Schneider have each proven that they meet the requirements. "We offer our warmest congratulations!" said a delighted Hille Vogel, Division Manager Markets and Customers. "The proven depth of knowledge related to our products convinced us to appoint these three companies as our first Competence Partners."

The software manufacturer from Starnberg formulates the basic criteria in its partner program: "For the individualization of estos software products specifically adapted to customer needs, Competence Partners have in-depth, technical expertise in estos software, its implementation and integration into the IT landscape of the end customer." Competence Partners are therefore in a position to make adjustments and developments to the estos software. This combination – estos software and partner know-how – results in significant added value for the end-user company.

The connection of CROSS with ProCall Enterprise via MetaDirectory makes it possible not only to greet customers by name, but also to have all the important information for a successful call at hand. CROSS is a dealer management system used by car dealerships that have Volkswagen Group brands in their portfolio.

Call number resolution with Microsoft Teams works in conjunction with the estos MetaDirectory and a Microsoft-certified Session Border Controller. Users then see not only the calling number in the Microsoft Teams call window, but also the associated name and other details.
