estos GmbH launches the cloud-based telephone system ProCall Voice Services. This extension of estos' core product, ProCall Enterprise, offers its customers who are still using traditional telephone systems, a complete, coordinated offering for small and medium-sized companies.
"estos customers use their familiar UC functions from ProCall Enterprise and can now combine them with a contemporary telephone system from the cloud that meets all the requirements of modern, digital communication," explains Hille Vogel, responsible for markets and customers at estos.
ProCall Voice Services is quick and easy to put into operation and combines all the important functions of convenient business telephony: integrated voicemail, team functions and call distribution. The number of users can be flexibly expanded and reduced, and the contract can be terminated on a monthly basis. Customers thus retain full cost control with low investment costs. ProCall Voice Services offers security through standard encryption and a GDPR-compliant server location in Germany.
