ProCall 7 Enterprise and ProCall Business support the latest operating systems
Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022 – now both ProCall 7 Enterprise and ProCall Business support the latest Microsoft operating systems. The native ProCall client for Windows included in both software products works with Windows 11, and the underlying UCServer can be installed on a Windows Server 2022 computer. Both ProCall Enterprise and ProCall Business offer users unified communications and CTI.
ProCall Enterprise flexibly combines all-important communication channels in a single application – via PC, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Users benefit from the UC and CTI functions regardless of where they work. ProCall Business, designed for up to 50 users in the company, offers communication in a compact package. The software bundles selected UC and classic CTI functions to optimize communication and collaboration within the company. It can be implemented quickly and easily according to the "next, next, finished" principle.
Both ProCall Enterprise and ProCall Business include the native ProCall client for Windows. It integrates the various communication channels under one interface. Users benefit from instant messaging, presence management, audio/video chat, and softphone functions, among other features. The UCServer is the basis for both products: Here, the administrator configures, manages, and maintains connections, functions, and user authorizations.
