The ECSTA series from estos is the basis for MultiVendor and MultiSite. The middleware enables communication between the telephone system and the IT infrastructure. This allows telephone systems - cloud-based or on-premises - and connected telephones - SIP-based or classic - to be controlled from the PC. Telephone systems can be networked across multiple locations: A central UCServer makes the functions of ProCall Enterprise available to users in all the various branch offices.
MultiDevice: Device-independent and cross-platform communication
The UC & CTI software suite ProCall Enterprise combines all important communication channels in one application. It can be used across devices with smartphone, tablet, notebook or PC and offers platform-independent native clients for Windows, macOS, Android and iOS. The MultiDevice principle of ProCall Enterprise enables flexible communication in the office, at home and on the move.
