Together, the two companies offer telephony, CTI and UCC tailored to the individual needs of companies: The software can be adapted to the specific work environment and ITC structure. After extensive testing, the Starnberg-based software manufacturer has released its UC suite for the virtual telecommunications solution HFO Crown Centrex.
Companies have two options for using ProCall Enterprise on the cloud PBX: If they use hardware telephones, the connection is made via the estos TAPI driver ECSTA for SIP phones. For customers who prefer an infrastructure without hardware, ProCall Enterprise offers softphone functionality: Employees can use an integrated SIP-compatible softphone to make phone calls with external and internal call partners.
In both cases the advantages of the unified communications & CTI software suite are fully available: ProCall Enterprise offers proven UC features such as presence management, instant messaging, desktop sharing and WebRTC-based video chat. In addition, the connection of CRM, ERP and industry applications enables easy integration of business processes. Reliable and location-independent, estos software simplifies communication within and across company boundaries. This is complemented by the experience of HFO Telecom. The telecommunications company has been a specialist in the field of IP telephony for 15 years and offers with HFO Crown Centrex a future-proof cloud telephone system for modern corporate communication.
