The Siemens test lab confirms the cooperation between the CTI-Software ESTOS ProCall Enterprise 2.2 and ESTOS ECSTA at the Siemens HiPath 3000, which is the IP- Communication platform for middle-ranking companies. The Real Time IP-System Siemens HiPath 4000 was also successfully tested as part of the Enterprise Segment.

The software has been extensively tested in only two days in the Siemens HiPath Ready Lab in Vienna (Austria), under strict working conditions. The performance of ESTOS ProCall Enterprise 2.2 was tested for performance in a complete system breakdown situation, as well as all relevant Client-Server telephone functions and features of ESTOS CTI-Monitor. No errors were found during testing.
