Parallel with the availability of the public beta of the Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 the independent software vendor ESTOS GmbH, provides a public beta version of the ESTOS CallControlGateway 2.0.
As the first European software producer since early 2006, ESTOS has been providing an inexpensive and easy to implement remote call control gateway to integrate PBX systems with the Microsoft Live Communications Server and up from now also with the Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 and Microsoft Office Communicator. This gateway connects all TAPI able VoIP- and hybrid- telephone systems, as well as those that don’t support VoIP. It manages the necessary Standards SIP and uaCSTA.
The ESTOS CallControlGateway is distinguished by easy implementation and reliable functionality based on a rigid platform. ESTOS Software can be used with 64-Bit Microsoft Windows operating systems as well as in MultiVendor and MultiSite scenarios. ESTOS partners and customer have successfully implemented the software with Cisco CallManager, Siemens HiPath, Alcatel OmniPCX, NEC, Ericsson and Asterisk-systems.
