The SF Technologies Group and the managing directors of estos GmbH, Christoph Lösch and Florian Bock, have decided to end their joint cooperation by mutual agreement. Both managing directors have significantly contributed to the successful integration process of estos GmbH into the SF Technologies group in recent years and had previously shaped the success of estos GmbH.
Florian Buzin takes over the management of estos GmbH with immediate effect. Hans Szymanski, who has many years of experience in corporate management and is already well-known to employees as a consultant, has been recruited as interim manager. He will accompany estos GmbH during this transitional phase with his experience and expertise. At the same time, another managing director is being sought.
The new management will expand the current business model and the existing partner landscape. estos GmbH will be strategically aligned to become a cloud-oriented company with a focus on recurring revenues. This will enable estos GmbH to continue its current growth path. The two-brand strategy of estos and STARFACE will remain in place
