Smart Working – supported by the Starnberg-based software manufacturer. Users of ProCall Enterprise can work and communicate flexibly, regardless of location and despite physical distance: The Windows client includes access to all important business contacts and is available at home and in the office. Via the SIP-based softphone, users can make phone calls via Windows workstations, and for business contacts they can be reached under the usual phone number. The presence management system ensures that colleagues are kept informed about the respective status among themselves: Available, busy – such as in a meeting or conversation – or absent. If required, presence information can also be stored for availability to employees working remotely. This allows users to select the most appropriate communication to contact colleagues. Text chat is suitable for short messages, for example, if the desired contact is busy on the phone. Video chat, in turn, creates personal contact despite separate locations, as chat partners can talk to each other face to face. If necessary, they can also split their computer screens so that they can work together on documents.
The mobile app provides the most important functions such as access to business contacts and presence management on the smartphone or tablet. The app can be easily and securely installed and configured on the mobile end device via the hybrid cloud module UCConnect.
ProCall Enterprise is a unified communications & CTI software suite that combines all important communication channels in a single application. Users can use their PC to control their phone, chat via audio/video or text, share the screen, view the presence of colleagues and set their own presence. In addition, estos softphone offers SIP-based functions, the possibility to integrate business processes and to incorporate CRM, ERP or industry software, to communicate directly via websites and to integrate fax, voice mailbox and SMS.
