A new video series goes online: In a total of three episodes, viewers can experience the highlights of ProCall 7 Enterprise up close. In the middle of the year estos officially released the new version of the unified communications & CTI software suite. Presence management, chat and integration of business processes – among others, the Starnberg-based software developer has further optimized these areas in particular and put them on film.
The series starts with the film "Show your presence with ProCall 7 Enterprise" and illustrates how the new design supports the intuitive operation of all functions via the client or monitor: The contact card is now divided into three sections – presence area, information area and action area – and clearly displays an individual's availability.
Presence management is the basis for flexible workplace and working time models: Whether in the office, at home or on the move, it quickly and easily shows how and where a person can be reached. Based on this information, the user can select a suitable communication channel – e-mail, call, chat or video chat – to reach the desired contact person.
