A connection with the Cloud CRM Salesforce, that was one of the requirements of Günther Spelsberg GmbH for the communication and CTI software they were looking for. The integration of ProCall Enterprise with Salesforce comprises four components: Caller identification, search for contacts with the ProCall client in the connected data, direct access from the call window to the connected application and hotkey dialing for outgoing calls directly from the cloud CRM.
