The Starnberg-based software manufacturer estos has released Service Release 4 for ProCall 6 Enterprise which offers higher voice quality, convenience functions for the native ProCall apps and softphone functions for bintec elmeg be.IP Plus systems. ProCall Enterprise is a unified communications & CTI software suite that helps organizations optimize internal and external communications. Employee efficiency and customer satisfaction is increased by features for presence management, integration of business processes, mobile apps and direct communication via websites.

The new features in detail

Users of ProCall Mobile, the native app from estos, can now forward callers to their desired contact partner with a mobile phone. This saves the caller from having to hang up and dial again. When users make calls via softphones – whether at work or on the move – they can benefit from higher voice quality. ProCall 6 Enterprise supports the Opus Codec with Service Release 4. The softphone is also now available for the be.IP Plus PBX from bintec emleg. Users can continue to use the convenience functions as usual. This includes, for example, calling, rejecting, holding, forwarding, DTMF dialing, blind transfer, consultation or 3-way conference calls.
