Starnberg-based software manufacturer particularly impressive in the "Climate of Innovation" category

Recognition at the German SME Summit: Ranga Yogeshwar praises estos GmbH from Starnberg on the occasion of its success in the TOP 100 innovation competition. The award ceremony as part of the Summit took place on Friday evening, June 24, in Frankfurt am Main. The science journalist is accompanying the innovation competition, which is being held for the 29th time, as a mentor. In the scientific selection process, estos was particularly impressive in the size category B – 51 to 200 employees – in the category "Climate of Innovation".

"Agile working is our top priority," emphasizes Christoph Lösch, Managing Director Innovation and Technology at estos GmbH. "The focus is on the customer. We constantly exchange ideas with them and our partners in order to react flexibly to the dynamically changing needs of the market. The involvement of our sales department plays a central role in this."

Agile organization and working methods in interdisciplinary teams ensure that requirements are quickly incorporated into current developments. "Simple communication despite complex digital transformation, that's the goal," he concludes.

estos develops future-oriented communication software designed for use in companies. In doing so, the Starnberg-based company claims that communication should function as easily as possible for the user, especially in a time of complex digital transformation. Complexity tends to be a hindrance here. However, communication is also important within the company's own workforce - regardless of the employees' respective positions.
