Select and dial telephone numbers via Microsoft Skype for Business/Lync from their applications, e-mails and websites with a single keystroke (Hotkey).
PhoneTools from estos are innovative telephony assistants that have been developed specifically for Microsoft Skype for Business/Lync. They add useful CTI functions to the Microsoft Skype for Business/Lync client.
Microsoft Skype for Business/Lync users can now, as already known from estos CTI solutions, highlight a call number in Windows applications, e.g. in Internet Explorer, and start a call with a keystroke (hotkey). This saves the user tedious copying or retyping. The hotkey can be defined specifically for a user in order to ensure trouble-free operation even with keys already pre-assigned by other applications.
Check out our quick tutorial, it will show you how useful PhoneTools can be for your company, showing how easy deployment and configuration is.
