Microsoft Skype for Business / Lync users can now, as known from the estos CTI solutions, mark a call number in Windows applications, e.g. in Internet Explorer, and start a call with a keystroke (hotkey). This saves the user tedious copying or retyping. The hotkey can be defined specifically for a user in order to ensure trouble-free operation even with keys already pre-assigned by other applications.
